Duane Bair
Duane Bair has worked in the film and video industry for over 25 years as a cameraman, editor, director and producer for sales and marketing media for top tier national clients, as well as a variety of televisions shows and commercials.
In 1983-87, while attending Brigham Young University, Duane worked on numerous shows and sporting events.  While a student Duane shot and edited KBYU’s production African: Other Voices a show that aired nationally on PBS, and travelled to England to shoot The Kingdom and the Crown, another KBYU production on the history of the LDS Church in England. 
In 1987, after earning a BA in Communications from Brigham Young University, Duane took a job as the Creative Service Director for KYMA-TV, taking responsibility for the on-air branding of the Yuma, Arizona startup station.  While at KYMA Duane earned a number of awards and recognition for his work, from the Telly Awards, ABC Television, the Governor of Arizona, and received The National Association of Broadcasters Service to Children Award. 
In 1989, Duane went to work for Clear Image Productions, a leading firm servicing the direct sales and network marketing industry, working with such industry leaders as Avon, Herbalife and Tupperware.  Duane was hired as the Chief Editor but because of his organizational skills and knowledge of the entire production process soon was promoted to General Manager of Production.
    In 1996, Duane co-founded MediaWorks as a full service media production company.  As MediaWorks’ primary producer, Duane’s outstanding work has been recognized in numerous national and international competitions including top honors in the Telly Awards, Summit Awards and Communicator Awards.  In 1999, Duane worked as an editor for KBYU’s Innovators  as well as post-production coordinator for the audio sweeting.  With Lee Adair, his partner in MediaWorks, Duane currently consults clients with worldwide offices, producing video and audio pieces in over a dozen languages in 2008. 
    Duane has produced a wide range of productions and televisions shows including Michael Martin Murphey’s Tuacahn Nights and two television specials for the popular Australian kids show RAGGS, which is now airing nationwide on PBS.  With a strong commitment to providing pro bono work , MediaWorks has donated time, money and resources to help a number of charity organizations, including helping to raise more that $400,000 in the past year for Casa Rosada, an orphanage serving children who have lost parents to HIV/AIDS in the Dominican Republic.
